Service Description

This consist of a single large balloon topped with cluster of smaller balloons beneath it. Tassels drape the bottom of the stand.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and subtracted from the total amount due. On the day of the event, the remaining balance is to be paid prior to setup. All supplies and equipment purchased are properties of Event Decor, LLC.
